XploAfrica’s journey began with a couple deeply rooted in their love for Zimbabwe. After spending over 20 years in America, they traveled extensively, and wherever they went, conversations often circled back to their homeland. Friends and acquaintances consistently sought their recommendations for traveling to Southern Africa, especially Zimbabwe, or expressed a desire to explore the region under their guidance.

In 2019, they returned to Zimbabwe with a close friend. The friend was captivated by the country’s breathtaking scenery, the warmth of its people, and the unmatched hospitality. This experience solidified their vision: to create a platform that would connect more travelers, particularly from North America, to the heart of Southern Africa. With a deep desire to share the wonders of their homeland and support local communities, they founded XploAfrica in 2020.

Today, XploAfrica embodies their dream—to offer safe, authentic, and meaningful travel experiences, while promoting fair trade and local conservation efforts.
