Your Booking

  • A 40% deposit reserves your dates. The remaining balance can be paid in installments.
  • Last-minute bookings can be arranged, but availability is not guaranteed. We recommend booking 3–4 months ahead, especially during peak periods.
  • To qualify for the honeymooners' special, couples must have been married within 6 months of travel and should provide a valid marriage certificate.

During Your Trip

  • Victoria Falls fees are $50 for Internationals, and $10 for locals (subject to change at any time)
  • Chobe National Park Fees are $20 for internationals (subject to change at any time)
  • KAZA Visa fees are $50 to $75
    (subject to change at any time)
  • Local transfers outside of your itenerary are $7 per person, round trip. (Subject to change). Your designated driver’s contact details are provided once your booking is confirmed, and they can take you anywhere within Victoria Falls.

  • Victoria Falls has access to 24-hour medical care, including the Health Bridge clinic and a world-class specialist dialysis centre, giving guests access to high-quality medical support during their stay.
  • Temporary local cover can be arranged, including air evacuation, ambulance services and private clinic/room access, subject to policy terms.
  • Local cover provides a convenient way to access care locally while international insurance claims are processed. Where applicable, the cost can be submitted to your international insurer for reimbursement after returning home.

  • Please share your flight details and any accessibility or mobility requirements in advance, allowing us to make appropriate arrangements for your arrival, transfers, accommodation and activities.

Is Victoria Falls safe for tourists?

Yes, Victoria Falls is considered one of the safest tourist destinations in Southern Africa. However, guests are advised to follow their guide’s instructions at all times, especially near wildlife and designated viewpoints.

Are park entry fees included in the tour package?

No. Entry fees for the Victoria Falls Rainforest and Chobe National Park are not included and must be paid directly at the respective parks. They sometimes ask individuals to account for their own fees, that is why we do not handle park fees in the package.

Is the Falls tour suitable for guests with limited mobility?

The rainforest pathways are paved but may be wet and uneven due to waterfall spray. Guests with limited mobility can still enjoy certain viewpoints, although full access to all paths may be challenging.

Are there international-standard medical facilities available in Victoria Falls?

Yes. Victoria Falls has reputable private medical facilities that cater to international travellers and operate in line with global healthcare standards, including: The Health Bridge Private Hospital – A modern private hospital offering emergency care and general medical services for tourists. 24Hrs Clinic – A 24-hour medical clinic providing primary and urgent care services.

What happens in the event of a medical emergency?

Guests can be transferred to local private clinics in Victoria Falls for immediate care. In more serious cases, medical evacuation to advanced facilities in major cities can be arranged through travel insurance providers.

How should I carry money when visiting Victoria Falls?

While many hotels and restaurants accept card payments, swipe machines can occasionally be offline due to connectivity issues. It is recommended that guests carry some cash (preferably USD) for park fees, curios, local markets, and small purchases.

Are card payments widely accepted?

Most established tourism service providers accept Visa and Mastercard. However, smaller vendors such as craft markets and independent activity providers may operate on a cash-only basis.

What if I prefer not to travel with large amounts of cash?
